Once again our horrible court system has failed. A repeat criminal once again has walked. Great job Jefferson County, Kentucky courts of failing the people of the Commonwealth. A repeat drug addict, drunk and thief walked away once again from numerous crimes. As a taxpayer this pisses me off. This bitch should have been behind bars.
I’ve already talked about this bitch on this site. I won’t waste my time again talking about her crimes over and over. You can read the back stories here and here. You can also see how her work was looked into for prescription fraud also – here. I am just pissed that a worthless person can commit numerous crimes and nothing happens. Could a black kid caught with some crack get away with this? More than likely, no.
Since the court system has failed us, I will sum of Elizabeth “Liz” Hanes for you. She is a pathological liar, thief, drunk, drug addict, user, snitch, bitch and loser. Anyone that abuses heroin is a moron. Her rotted teeth make me wanna puke. The nasty spider veins on her legs due to heroin needles could kill anyone’s boner. She is beyond worthless. A pile of dog shit is better than her.
I could care less if this sounds harsh. The loser has no respect for the law, other people or the well-being of others. The website www.buycrimes.com shows the fact she has no issue in breaking the law over and over. Look at the charges there. They are all drug related charges. If she has been caught twice, no telling how many times she hasn’t. She needs jail time. End of debate.
Think about this. Could you and I get pulled over twice with drugs and avoid jail time? Could we wreck three cars in the past five years, twice (more than likely all three times) while drunk and avoid jail time? Could we hide heroin from the cops and avoid jail time? Of course not. A judge would have thrown the books at us. Elizabeth M. Hanes has walked away from all the crimes named above along with a DUI and fleeing the scene of a crime. Tell me why this cunt is not in jail?
I could say more, but why bother? Our court system is a mess. The rich can do whatever. White snitches can walk. The poor and minority races suffer. That is the American way. Ask Liz Hanes. She has committed numerous crimes with no punishment. Ask a 16 year-old black youth who got 25 for a gram of crack. That is the (UN) American way – injustice.
Women are dying sooner – with all the drama, lies and fakeness, no wonder!
A new study offers more compelling evidence that life expectancy for some U.S. women is actually falling, a disturbing trend that experts can’t explain.
The latest research found that women age 75 and younger are dying at higher rates than previous years in nearly half of the nation’s counties — many of them rural and in the South and West. Curiously, for men, life expectancy has held steady or improved in nearly all counties.
The study is the latest to spot this pattern, especially among disadvantaged white women. Some leading theories blame higher smoking rates, obesity and less education, but several experts said they simply don’t know why.
Women have long outlived men, and the latest numbers show the average life span for a baby girl born today is 81, and for a baby boy, it’s 76. But the gap has been narrowing and data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has shown women’s longevity is not growing at the same pace as men’s.
The phenomenon of some women losing ground appears to have begun in the late 1980s, though studies have begun to spotlight it only in the last few years.
Trying to figure out why is “the hot topic right now, trying to understand what’s going on,” said Jennifer Karas Montez, a Harvard School of Public Health sociologist who has been focused on the life expectancy decline but had no role in the new study.
Researchers also don’t know exactly how many women are affected. Montez says a good estimate is roughly 12 percent.
Ravens win Super Bowl XLVII
NEW ORLEANS — A power outage at the Super Bowl put the nation’s biggest sporting event on hold for more than a half-hour Sunday, interrupting an otherwise electric, back-and-forth game that ended with Joe Flacco and the Baltimore Ravens as NFL champions thanks to a 34-31 victory over the San Francisco 49ers.
Flacco threw three first-half touchdown passes to cap an 11-TD, zero-interception postseason. Jacoby Jones returned the second-half kickoff 108 yards, a Super Bowl record, to give Baltimore a 22-point lead.
Moments later, lights lining the indoor arena faded, making it difficult to see. When action resumed, the 49ers scored 17 consecutive points, getting as close as 31-29.
But Baltimore stopped San Francisco on fourth-and-goal from the 5 with under 2 minutes left.
Punxsutawney Phil doesn’t see shadow – who cares?
An early spring is on the way, according to groundhog “Punxsutawney Phil.”
When the Pennsylvania groundhog emerged from his dwelling at Gobbler’s Knob Saturday morning, he did not see his shadow.
“And so ye faithful, there is no shadow to see, an early Spring for you and me,” proclaimed Bob Roberts, one of Phil’s handlers.
According to folklore, if a groundhog emerges from its burrow and see its shadow, then six more weeks of winter weather is on the way.
But if it comes out and sees no shadow, spring is expected to come early.
Punxsutawney, the Pennsylvania town that is home to one of the most famous weather-predicting groundhogs, Punxsutawney Phil, has been carrying on the tradition of Groundhog Day since the 1800s, according to The Punxsutawney Groundhog Club.
Ever since the tradition began in 1887, Phil (and his ancestors) saw their shadows 99 times, while predicting an early spring only 16 times. There was no record for nine of the years.
Other groundhogs like New York’s “Staten Island Chuck,” and Atlanta’s “General Beauregard Lee” are also expected to make a prediction
Sandy Hook was a hoax – give me a break
It was just a matter of time a group of losers came up with the idea that Sandy Hook was a hoax. These same losers beat the 9/11 cover-up in the ground and nobody cares. So they had to come up with something new. Sadly, they took the murders of 27 people, 20 being children and are blaming Obama that it never took place. How insane can people be?
I am not even going to debate this rubbish. I am going to post some of their “debate” below and let you read it. While they do a decent job making their idiotic points, they prove nothing. We still had 27 confirmed dead bodies and reports from real parents, real teachers, real kids, real medical examiners and real police that they shooting did take place. Fact # 2: The medical examiner claimed that the children were killed with the rifle. But the rifle was found in the truck of a Adam Lanza car. So who did all the shooting if the rifle was in the trunk of a car? and why would the medical examiner say that the children were killed with the rifle ?
Fact # 3: Emily Parker’s dad was laughing and smiling right before he gave an official interview on CNN. Let me ask you a question if you lost a child would you be laughing and smiling 24 hours after the death of your loved one?

I just want to know what kind of a person makes a Facebook Fund Page while their child in in the school on a lock-down yet they still didn’t know the condition of their daughter? she was not even confirmed dead yet…. i smell BS

Fact # 9: Victoria Soto Facebook Page was created 4 days before the Sandy Hook shooting. Also “Our Heart are with Sandy Hook” was created 3 days before the shooting. The website “Sandy Hook Elementary Victims Fund” was created 1 days before the Sandy Hook shooting. Seems as if someone had an open window into the future or this was all pre-planned and people were putting pages up not realizing that it can be traced back to the creation date of the Facebook page and the Sandy Hook Heart website. As a professional blogger i know how to trace back dates of origin of a website, its what bloggers do, that is why they want to silence the internet, they do not want people picking up their mistakes and then presenting it to the whole world discrediting the news lies and media deception. Remember if they can controlled what people watch and read and make people feel something that is not true is called mind control & deception and people are being controlled with fear and disgusting lies. Why do you think everyday at 5 pm across U.S.A all the news media run the same top 5 stories ? It does not matter if you are watch NBC, ABC, or CBS, all the top 5 to 7 stories happen to be the same. As i write this article it makes me feel as if this country was the last place for freedom of speech and now that also seems to be under threat. I have spend my first 10 years of my life raised in Russia in a big city of St. Petersburg i know how it is to live in a country where the government tells you what to read, what to watch, and not to speak against any corruption of the government of you get send up to Siberia for a 10 year vacation that many do not come back from. My father spend 7 years in jail for speaking out against the corrupt x Soviet Government and in the middle of the night KGB broke down the door and arrested him. So you don’t have to tell me about freedom i lived it and seen it first hand.
Lance Armstrong finally admits he doped
AUSTIN, TexasA person familiar with the situation says Lance Armstrong confessed to Oprah Winfrey during an interview Monday that he used performance-enhancing drugs to win the Tour de France.
The admission — made in an interview to be broadcast Thursday on Winfrey’s network — was first revealed by the Associated Press and later confirmed by CBS News. Winfrey will appear on “CBS This Morning” on Tuesday to talk about the Armstrong interview.
After the interview, Winfrey tweeted: “Just wrapped with @lancearmstrong More than 2 1/2 hours . He came READY!”
The confession was a stunning reversal for Armstrong after years of public statements, interviews and court battles in which he denied doping and zealously protected his reputation.
Just hours before the revelation, Armstrong appeared at the cancer charity he founded and tearfully apologized to the Livestrong charity that he founded and turned into a global institution on the strength of his celebrity as a cancer survivor.
Armstrong later huddled with almost a dozen people before stepping into a room set up for the Winfrey interview at a downtown Austin hotel.
The group included close friends and advisers, two of his lawyers and Bill Stapleton, his agent, manager and business partner. They exchanged handshakes and smiles, but declined comment when approached by a reporter. Most members of that group left the hotel through the front entrance around 5 p.m., although Armstrong was not with them.
No further details about the interview were available immediately because of confidentiality agreements signed by both camps. But Winfrey promoted it as a “no-holds barred” session
Winfrey and her crew had earlier said they would film the interview at his home but the location apparently changed to a hotel. Local and international news crews staked out positions in front of the cyclist’s Spanish-style villa before dawn, hoping to catch a glimpse of Winfrey or Armstrong.
Armstrong still managed to slip away for a run Monday morning despite the crowds gathering outside his house. He returned home by cutting through a neighbor’s yard and hopping a fence.
Glenn Beck rejected

Before Al-Jazeera snapped up Al Gore’s little-watched cable network, Glenn Beck tried to buy it, but, as Beck himself tweeted, “we were rejected by progressive owners.” The conservative media personality’s TheBlaze approached Current last year but was told that “the legacy of who the network goes to is important to us and we are sensitive to networks not aligned with our point of view,” according to a source familiar with the negotiations. Current’s new pan-Arab owner may not align with everyone’s point of view, either: Time Warner Cable yanked Current from its lineup within hours of the sale, right in the middle of Eliot Spitzer’s nightly show. Taxes to go up on working people – shocking
President Barack Obama wasn’t lying when he said he’d raise taxes on the wealthiest Americans if reelected — but it won’t be just the top wage-earners who will be handing over more to Uncle Sam in 2013.
Under a last minute Capitol Hill agreement expected to avert the much-feared ‘fiscal cliff’ disaster that has dominated politics in recent weeks, working Americans across the board will see a little extra of their income collected in the form of a federal tax starting immediately. No matter what your annual salary may be, US workers will have to part with an additional 2 percent of their paycheck in order to cover the cost of Social Security.
While Congress did act in a matter that will keep income taxes from rising on middle-America, in doing so they allowed a temporary reduction in the Social Security payroll tax that was enacted under President George W. Bush to expire. Extensions on that tax break have allowed Americans to hold onto more of their income during the last several years in lieu of sending it to cover the cost of the Social Security welfare program, financed by a 12.4 percent tax on wages up to $113,700. During 2011 and 2012, Bush-era tax cuts kept the share of US workers’ at only 4.2 percent, with employers responsible for the rest. That reduction expired on Wednesday, however, and with no action taken by Congress it will increase to its old standard.
Starting immediately, US workers will lose 6.2 percent of their paychecks in order to fund Social Security. The Associated Press says this will cost a typical American family earning $50,000 annually around $1,000 in 2013.
The Tax Police Center, a nonpartisan think-tank based in DC, expects that the return to the 6.2 percent standard will see an extra $100 billion added to the economy in the new year. According to the AP, that won’t mean too much to lower- and middle-class America, but will impact the paychecks of top wage earners but quite a bit: households earning over $1 million annually will see their taxes increase by around $170,000 because of the expiration.
“If you’re rich, you’re almost certain to get a big tax increase,” Roberton Williams of the Tax Policy Center explains to the AP.
