Elizabeth M. Hanes – repeat criminal walks again

Once again our horrible court system has failed. A repeat criminal once again has walked. Great job Jefferson County, Kentucky courts of failing the people of the Commonwealth. A repeat drug addict, drunk and thief walked away once again from numerous crimes. As a taxpayer this pisses me off. This bitch should have been behind bars.

I’ve already talked about this bitch on this site. I won’t waste my time again talking about her crimes over and over. You can read the back stories here and here. You can also see how her work was looked into for prescription fraud also – here. I am just pissed that a worthless person can commit numerous crimes and nothing happens. Could a black kid caught with some crack get away with this? More than likely, no.

Since the court system has failed us, I will sum of Elizabeth “Liz” Hanes for you. She is a pathological liar, thief, drunk, drug addict, user, snitch, bitch and loser. Anyone that abuses heroin is a moron. Her rotted teeth make me wanna puke. The nasty spider veins on her legs due to heroin needles could kill anyone’s boner. She is beyond worthless. A pile of dog shit is better than her.

I could care less if this sounds harsh. The loser has no respect for the law, other people or the well-being of others. The website www.buycrimes.com shows the fact she has no issue in breaking the law over and over. Look at the charges there. They are all drug related charges. If she has been caught twice, no telling how many times she hasn’t. She needs jail time. End of debate.

Think about this. Could you and I get pulled over twice with drugs and avoid jail time? Could we wreck three cars in the past five years, twice (more than likely all three times) while drunk and avoid jail time? Could we hide heroin from the cops and avoid jail time? Of course not. A judge would have thrown the books at us. Elizabeth M. Hanes has walked away from all the crimes named above along with a DUI and fleeing the scene of a crime. Tell me why this cunt is not in jail?

I could say more, but why bother? Our court system is a mess. The rich can do whatever. White snitches can walk. The poor and minority races suffer. That is the American way. Ask Liz Hanes. She has committed numerous crimes with no punishment. Ask a 16 year-old black youth who got 25 for a gram of crack. That is the (UN) American way – injustice.

Loser steals from Girl Scouts – kinda funny lol

A boy riding on a skateboard snatched more than $550 from a Girl Scout troop Sunday as he rolled by their cookie stand at a San Bernardino County, Calif., grocery store.

After a full day of selling cookies outside of a Stater Brothers store in Phelan, the scouts began breaking down their selling stand, police said.

They were nearly done with the task when the teen, who had lingered near the girls’ stand, reached out and grabbed their money bag, which contained $552, San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Cpl. Randy Naquin said.

One of the girls ran after the thief, but fell down while running and sustained minor scrapes.

The Girl Scouts told sheriff’s investigators that they do not know the boy who stole their money, Naquin said.

The boy (seen in surveillance video above) was described by Naquin as a white juvenile, wearing a blue beanie and blue-and-grey striped shirt.

Goose Gossage, Al Kaline, Dennis Eckersley and others are in no rush to open the door to Cooperstown for anyone linked to steroids.

Barry Bonds, Roger Clemens, Sammy Sosa: Keep `em all out of our club.

”If they let these guys in ever – at any point – it’s a big black eye for the Hall and for baseball,” Gossage said in a phone interview with The Associated Press. ”It’s like telling our kids you can cheat, you can do whatever you want, and it’s not going to matter.”

For only the second time in 42 years, baseball writers failed to elect anyone to the Hall of Fame on Wednesday, sending a firm signal that stars of the Steroids Era will be held to a different standard.

All the awards and accomplishments collected over storied careers by Bonds, Clemens and Sosa – all eligible for the first time – could not offset suspicions those exploits were artificially boosted by performance-enhancing drugs.

”I’m kind of glad that nobody got in this year,” Kaline said. ”I feel honored to be in the Hall of Fame. And I would’ve felt a little uneasy sitting up there on the stage, listening to some of these new guys talk about how great they were.”

Gossage went even further.

Time to buy more guns and shells

I am so sick of the gun debate. Guns don’t kill people. Criminals kill people. Thousands of people are killed yearly by drunk drivers. Do we ban beer, bourbon and whiskey? Of course we don’t. Hundreds of people yearly are killed by deer while driving. Have we banned deer from this nation? Hundreds of people yearly are killed by tornadoes. Do we not allow people to live in Kansas, Texas and Nebraska which is in the heart of tornado alley? Of course we don’t.

When people bitch and moan about guns, I have a simple concept, I buy more guns and ammunition. I never preach to people about owning guns. Most gun owners could care less if you own one or not. Why is it then that anti-gun people love to preach to me, my dad and my boss why we shouldn’t have a gun? Just because you don’t want to defend yourself, your loved ones or home don’t tell me I can’t.  Below is my list dedicated toward guns.

That’s right kids, guns are cool. If you have a gun, hot chicks like this will want you. Guns are great. Police use them to stop bad people. People use them to hunt and feed their families. Our armed-forces use them to free those who are oppressed. People like me use them to defend my property, defend myself if I’m ever attacked by someone with a weapon or defend someone I care about. Guns are so cool, Clint Eastwood has used them in the mass majority of his movies.

A bunch of morons in LA gave up their guns for cash. Around the USA we see this from time to time. A city/county will have a “Cash for Gun” day. They use propaganda to convince law-abiding citizens to give up their legally bought weapons. Sadly, most of these “Cash for Gun” days are successful. Guns do not murder people. Stupid losers murder people.

I have come to realize that most anti-gun people know nothing at all about guns. They have never seen one up close, have no clue on how to load or fire one and couldn’t tell you the difference between a .38 special or a SKS. All of a sudden however, they become experts on guns and gun laws. I actually got in a debate with my friend Emily this past Sunday. Like most anti-gun people, she said things that were beyond inaccurate about guns and knew nothing about guns. Those are very common traits among anti-gun people.

Most school shootings are done by kids that are underage. This means that the weapons they carry are bought illegally or have been stolen. How often have legal gun owners walked into a school and shot it up? Look at Sandy Hook which just happened. The punk was carrying two handguns. He was only 20 which means he was carrying the guns illegally. The other gun was not his which meant it was stolen. Not shocking that a criminal was breaking the law. His mother, who did own the guns legally, was not the crazy gunman. Shocking that a law-abiding citizen was not the killer.

My friend Emily, like most anti-gun people stated that only law enforcement officials should be allowed to carry guns. That is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard about guns. My uncle George is retired from the US Army. He was a Green Beret (specials forces). Are you telling me that my uncle George has no right to carry a gun and defend himself, his family and his home? My uncle George, like all vets, has proven his loyalty and love for this nation. They have earned every right known to man and then some. How dare anyone insult a vet by telling them they can’t own weapons.

My dad is almost 80. He has owned guns since age 5 or 6. When my dad was in better health, he hunted. You know how many banks my dad robbed, women he raped at gunpoint, people he’s taken hostage, schools he shot up, cars he hijacked or people he’s murdered? The number is less than one. That’s correct. My dad has never committed a crime with a gun. You know why? He’s not a criminal. He’s not crazy. He’s a law-abiding citizen. Also, my dad is a vet. I think my dad has more than earned his right to carry any type of gun he wants. Who is Emily, some stupid congressman or loser to tell my dad he has no right to carry a gun?

I am 31. I grew up around shotguns and rifles. By the time I was 5 or 6, my dad would allow me to help clean his guns. I learned at an early age that guns were not bad. I learned that guns protect people and are used for hunting (food in our case). I own a few myself. I carry a handgun for self-defense. I have never fired the gun in public. Hopefully I will never have to fire the gun. However, if someone tries to car-jack me, attacks me or breaks in my home, I will fire without a second thought. You know how many crimes I’ve committed with my guns? None. Shocking that between me and my dad, not one crime has been committed with our firearms. Yet only law enforcement should own guns.

Gun laws do not stop crime. The US has passed more and more gun laws since the Clinton days. Has crime went down? Of course not. England has some of the strictest gun laws on earth and yet, their crime has increased heavily in the past decade. Switzerland has probably the most laid back laws when it comes to guns and yet, they are one of the most crime free nations on earth. So, more gun laws in the US equals more crime. More gun laws in England equals more crime. Less gun laws in Switzerland equals less crime. Man, those anti-gun people sure know facts when dealing with guns, lol.

Laws are a good thing. I respect most current gun laws. More laws will not stop crime, ask England. Taking away guns will not stop crime. Ask the state of Illinois. If law-abiding citizens can’t own firearms, who will have guns other than law enforcement? Simple, criminals. If I can’t own a firearm, how do I protect myself from a criminal? I rest my case. There is no need for a debate. Anti-gun people know nothing about guns and they should keep their mouths shut when dealing with guns and gun laws. If you went to a dentist, would you allow him to perform open-heart surgery on you? He’s a doctor just like the surgeon is. I’m guessing not. Here’s my point – why do anti-gun people who know nothing about guns all of a sudden become experts on guns? My point exactly.

Liz Hanes will get away with another crime (s) – sad but true

Her brother has called me a liar. Her friends have called me a liar. Of course she has lied to everyone about the truth. I know the truth and she knows the truth. Liz is a repeat criminal. Not only is she a repeat criminal, but one that is a danger to others. Our court system has been a failure for years. Liz walked away from the intent to distribute heroin, reckless driving and hiding evidence back in 2010 for crimes that took place in 2009. It seems she has a good chance of walking again. I guess our court system will allow her to kill someone before they actually do something. Very common in our worthless society.

Apparently sometime in 2009, Liz was involved in a drug deal or something to do with drugs (heroin) when she wrecked her car. I went to her first hearing with her back in January 2010. She was being charged with reckless driving, the intent to distribute heroin and hiding evidence. You may wonder how Liz walked away from these charges, mainly the last two. Simple, she snitched and rated out her own friends. That is a fact that no one can deny. She basically “bought” her away out of court. Even though her reckless driving could have killed someone, the court system gave her a free pass. They didn’t even suspend her license.

People can change. I am proof of that. My dad for years was a drunk. He’s been clean and sober for 45 years. It’s 2012 and Liz has not changed. She contacted me a few weeks back begging me to talk to her. She claimed she had “changed”. She told me about wrecking her car while drunk. What was her story? The cops did not charge her with anything. Wrong, wrong answer. Click here and here to see her upcoming court dates. Her full name on the dockets is Elizabeth M. Hanes. Liz has been charged with driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident and theft by deception, which is a felony. Liz has not been found guilty but she clearly lied about not being charged with any crime.

I did not understand the charges. Lucky for me , a co-worker of mine is retired from the prison system. He knows the law quite well. The first two charges are normally misdemeanors, unless you are a repeat offender. Since Liz bought her away out of court before, her first two charges are misdemeanors. The docket shows her other charge is theft by deception for over $500, a felony. If convicted of that, Liz could be looking at 1-3. Liz should be put away. She is a danger to society. I will get back to that point in a moment.

My co-worker pointed out her upcoming court dates are “Pretrial Meetings”. He informed me that normally means she is making an agreement with the state. She will more than likely plead guilty and get a slapped on the wrist. Worst case, prohibition. That’s correct, a repeat offender and criminal is getting off easy once again. No wonder black people call the court system racist. I agree. They get 10-15 for having a gram of crack and this bitch walks twice for reckless driving, heroin, hiding evidence, fleeing the scene of the crime and driving under the influence. Sad but true. That is our society.

In my humble opinion, she should get the max. Since 2009, she has wrecked three cars. One for reckless driving along with heroin. No telling what caused her to wreck the second car. Now she wrecked another while drunk or high (or both). She has no respect for the law or the safety of others. She is clearly a danger to society and could care less about it. You beat a heroin drug case only to break the law again. What more needs to be said? Her work was investigated for false prescriptions being ordered last year. I can’t prove that was her, but I believe common sense says it all. With all the crimes she already committed, what more proof do you need? We already seen she likes to commit theft by deception. Odd that her work was also investigated for fraud.

There’s a 99% chance this worthless bitch will walk. Yet, some young black youth will be put away for 10-30 for having a little bit of dope. Sad that Liz, the bigger danger than the black youth will walk. Like most repeat criminals, our system will wait until she kills someone before they take action. We see this time after time again. She can brag about her decent paying job, her college degree and where she came from. She is white trash. She is one of the most worthless people I’ve ever met in my life. I hope for nothing but the worst for her. She deserves everything bad that has happened to her. She needs to be locked away and taught a lesson before she runs over someone’s child, parent or sibling.

Von I. Meyer allegedly threatened to set his wife on fire before saying he would ‘kill as many people as he could’ at a nearby elementary school.

INDIANAPOLIS — A northern Indiana police chief says he believes a man facing felony charges for allegedly threatening to “kill as many people as he could” at a school was bluffing.

Interim Cedar Lake Police Chief Jerry Smith said Sunday he doesn’t think 60-year-old Von I. Meyer was serious when he made the alleged school threat Friday hours before a deadly shooting rampage at a Connecticut elementary school.

Smith says Meyer allegedly told his wife during a heated argument he would kill her and “as many people as he could” at “the school.” Meyer’s wife works at Jane Ball Elementary School near their home.

Meyer was arrested Saturday and is being held without bond.

Police found 47 guns in Meyer’s home, but Smith says most of the weapons were antique guns.

Meyer’s home is less than 1,000 feet from the school and linked to it by trails and paths through a wooded area, police said.

Someone used Casey Anthony’s computer to search for fool-proof suffocation methods on the day her 2-year-old daughter Caylee was last seen alive.

 

ORLANDO, Fla. —  The Florida sheriff’s office that investigated the disappearance of Casey Anthony’s 2-year-old daughter overlooked evidence that someone in their home did a Google search for “fool-proof” suffocation methods on the day the girl was last seen alive.

Orange County sheriff’s Capt. Angelo Nieves said Sunday that the office’s computer investigator missed a June 16, 2008, Google search for “fool-proof” suffocation methods. The agency’s admission was first reported by Orlando television station WKMG. It’s not known who performed the search. The station reported it was done on a browser primarily used by the 2-year-old’s mother, Casey Anthony, who was acquitted of the girl’s murder in 2011.

Anthony’s attorneys argued during trial that Casey Anthony helped her father, George Anthony, cover up the girl’s drowning in the family pool.

WKMG reports that sheriff’s investigators pulled 17 vague entries only from the computer’s Internet Explorer browser, not the Mozilla Firefox browser commonly used by Casey Anthony. More than 1,200 Firefox entries, including the suffocation search, were overlooked.

Whoever conducted the Google search looked for the term “fool-proof suffication,” misspelling “suffocation,” and then clicked on an article about suicide that discussed taking poison and putting a bag over one’s head.

The browser then recorded activity on the social networking site MySpace, which was used by Casey Anthony but not her father.

A computer expert for Anthony’s defense team found the search before the trial. Her lead attorney, Jose Baez, first mentioned the search in his book about the case but suggested it was George Anthony who conducted the search after Caylee drowned because he wanted to kill himself.

Not knowing about the computer search, prosecutors had argued Caylee was poisoned with chloroform and then suffocated by duct tape placed over her mouth and nose. The girl’s body was found six months after she disappeared in a field near the family home and was too decomposed for an exact cause of death to be determined.

Prosecutors presented evidence that someone in the Anthony home searched online for how to make chloroform, but Casey Anthony’s mother, Cindy, claimed on the witness stand that she had done the searches by mistake while looking up information about chlorophyll.

Many jurors apparently went into hiding amid public outrage over the verdict and refused to comment, but two have said prosecutors couldn’t conclusively prove how Caylee died.

Prosecutors Linda Drane Burdick and Jeff Ashton didn’t respond to emails from The Associated Press on Sunday.

But Ashton told WKMG that “it’s just a shame we didn’t have it. This certainly would have put the accidental death claim in serious question.”

Baez didn’t respond to phone or email messages Sunday from The Associated Press but told WKMG that he expected prosecutors to bring up the search at trial.

“When they didn’t, we were kind of shocked,” Baez, who no longer represents Anthony, told the station. Her attorney, Cheney Mason, who was also on the trial team, didn’t return an email message from AP Sunday, and his office answering service refused to take a phone message.

Todd Kelly – loser is now out of jail

LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) — It’s a story of lies and betrayal — a well-known Louisville DJ turned into a con man, stealing thousands of dollars and faking a disease he never had.

Just months after he was released from prison, Todd Smith, once known as Todd Kelly, broke his silence exclusively to WDRB News.

Todd Smith is getting a second chance many of his victims will not. He was freed from prison just four months ago after serving four years behind bars at Fort Dix in New Jersey.

When asked what prison was like, he replied, “It was difficult because you’re around people you don’t know.  Some are there for harsher crimes, some for less.  You have to learn to adjust and I did…It was a learning experience, made me appreciate life and what I had before I went in.”

That included a job as the promotions director and DJ known as Todd Kelly at WDJX Radio. In 2001, he announced he was stricken with a deadly disease — ALS.  Also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease, it gradually robs its victims of the ability to move, and eventually to breathe.

He soon started the Todd Kelly Foundation to raise money for research. But suspicion grew when Smith showed no symptoms after several years.  He eventually admitted he faked having the disease, and that the foundation was a scam.  He pleaded guilty to stealing from people who thought they were donating money to help cure a killer disease.

“I guess it’s greed,” he says.  “It’s just at that point thinking about myself, and that’s the hardest part because I care for others.”

He continues, “It just happened.  It just sort of, it was there and it was easy.  I can’t explain it.  It wasn’t premeditated…It’s almost like when you’re told not to take a cookie out of the cookie jar and you take one and you like it so then you go back and take another and another and it just spiraled out of control.”

Smith used the donated money for vacations, alcohol, limos, meals at restaurants, and bills but wouldn’t discuss the details.

“Some of the money,” he says, “did go directly to ALS and some things went to cancer stuff, but it didn’t go where it should have went and should have gone to ALS, and I take responsibility for that.  That was my fault, and it just was used for other things….It just went for myself basically.  When you start doing it, you start paying for this, paying for that.”

Smith says a muscular disease that contributed to his father’s death is part of why he chose to fake ALS, a similar disease:  “I think because part of it was because of my Dad.  He had Guillain–Barré — it wasn’t the same thing, but along the same lines….That’s where I went wrong.  I should have done it the right way and raised awareness for that.”
